About us

Jason Smith grew up in Whatcom County, graduating from Blaine High School in 2006.  After High School Jason attended Washington State University where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science/Pre Law.  After college Jason attended Michigan State University College of Law where he graduated with honors,  receiving his Juris Doctor Cum Laude in 2013.  After graduation Jason returned home to Whatcom County and began practicing criminal defense with a private firm.  Jason has represented hundreds of clients with charges ranging from DUI to Class A felonies.
